About CV Bali
Architecture
& Construction
Our
team has been working
together since 2003, and in January 2006 we established CV Bali
Architecture & Construction. Our team members are
from Bali, Java
and Germany, and we value quality, simplicity, and transparency in our
designs and in our operations. As a small company, we establish close
working relationships with our clients, and we take pride in providing
customized solutions to satisfy your taste.

Agus Sugianto:
Director,
Project Supervisor
To his friends, Mr Agus
Sugianto is better known
as Ogik. Ogik has been in the construction business in Bali since 2000,
starting off as a subcontractor to major projects such as the
Bali Bird Park, and taking on various projects as lead
contractor. From a family of traders, Ogik studied
at the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in Surabaya. Pak
Ogik is married to Uin and he
has
two sons of 12 and 6 years old.
Indra
Yuliadi :
Budgeting, Project Supervisor
Indra
attended Politeknik Brawijaya Malang, where he obtained a D1 degree
in information technology and a D3 degree in civil
engineering.
In 1999, Indra moved from Java to Bali where he worked for a
large general contractor providing on-site supervision of
villa
construction projects. Seeking an opportunity to start his
own
company, Indra co-founded BAC in 2006. Indra spends most of his time at
BAC's office providing technical supervision.
Capitalizing on his background in IT, Indra does 3D
computer visualizations, and he uses CAD techniques to make
models
in acrylic or
wood of BAC's projects. Besides his
work, Indra
enjoys badminton and mountain biking. Indra is married to Dian, and he
has a 6 year old son and a 3 year old daughter.
Jasmin
Abd Rabbo: Architect, Client Relationships, and Financial
Management
Daughter of a German mother
and an
Egyptian father, married to a Dutchman, and a long-term
resident
of Bali, Jasmin is a true representative of
Bali's multi-cultural society. Born
and raised in Hamburg, Jasmin studied architecture at the
Fachhochschule Hamburg. Before studying architecture, Jasmin
was
trained in technical drawing at the Public Construction
Servie of the
City
Hamburg, where she worked for 6 years. She moved
to
Bali in 2000. Jasmin's
passion is to blend Arabic, Balinese, and western elements
into
comfortable and functional designs. Jasmin is married to
Peter, and they have a daughter of 10 years
old.
Dwi
Priyo Jatmiko: On-Site Supervision
To
his
friends, Mr Dwi Priyo Jatmiko is better known as Priyo. Priyo
attended Politeknik Brawijaya Malang, where he obtained a D3
degree in civil engineering. In 1999, Priyo moved from Java
to
Bali where he worked for a large general contractor providing
on-site supervision of villa construction projects. Seeking
an
opportunity to more directly interact with clients, Pak Priyo
joined BAC in 2006. Priyo spends most of his time
on-site,
where he supervises workers and keeps track of progress.
Priyo is
married to a Balinese, Heni, and he has one son of six years
old. |
